Passwords

• If you forget your password, use the button on the login page to request a new one. Check your email's spam or junk folder if you do not see it right away.
• If you know your password but wish to change it, you can do so from your account page.

Billing

• You can choose to make automatic payments for your membership dues, but other items (firing charges, clay purchases) cannot be auto-billed.
• Membership dues and those other items will appear separately but can all be paid from your account page. Click on the Payments tab.

Event Registration

• If you are logged in to the system when you sign up for a class or other event, the system will recognize you, which will save you a few steps and apply any relevant discounts automatically.
